Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
It is a legal requirement imposed on Landlords to get an annual Landlords Gas Safety Certificate produced. Wilmslow Gas & Heating can carry out this work contacting the tenant to arrange a suitable time. Properties with a boiler and gas hob are the most common but I can also test gas fires when needed.
Boiler Servicing, Repairs, Heating Controls, Radiators and More
I find that some Landlords think a Safety Certificate includes the servicing of the boiler, it does not. Costly and inconvenient repairs can occur when a boiler has not been serviced for several years. While onsite carrying out the safety certificate why not get the boiler serviced at a substantial discount.
